Graphics are the custom media materials you make to tailor your events to your client’s needs. You’ll need to prepare your media files in advance before your event. Any logos, slogans, or social media information will need to be photoshopped into your Digital Overlay file ahead of time. Your preparations must be done on your own computer by you or by your graphic designer. There are no graphic design tools on TapSnap units.
In order to work properly, your media files have specific requirements:

Be sure to design your files to match! Our units are not able to auto-adjust or convert files of different sizes and types.
Pro Tip:
Get in the habit of always putting your event media on a flash drive and taking it with you, or placing it in a folder on the photo booth’s windows desktop. If you can have unexpected network problems at the event, you can quickly setup the event code right on the unit.
