What type of support is available?

We offer 24/7 support for our photo booth owners using our software. During our standard office hours of Mon-Fri, 8am- 5pm pacific time, we are available via our toll-free number 877 577 0566 option 4 and by email techsupport@tapsnap.net Emergency tech support available outside of office hours 877 577 0566 ext 739. However, you will be charged $50USD per incident call.

What information do I need to provide when I call for support?

Usually the first thing we’ll ask for is the serial number/ unit ID of your photo booth.

Where do I find my photo booth serial number?

Depending on the model, but it’s usually a sticker on the underside of the head module or on the inside of it.

What is the warranty?

It is a standard 1 year parts warranty. Warranty does not cover wear and tear from your usage. You can purchase an extended warranty 2 years is $500 and 3 years is $1,000.
